Former Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein informs that hearing is scheduled in federal court in Philadelphia before Judge Diamond. The purpose is to persuade the Court that the Pennsylvania election system violates the U.S. Constitution.

The hearing is at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, December 9, 2016, in Courtroom 6-B, 6th floor, James A. Byrne United States Courthouse, 601 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106.

“After the nightmare of our collective experience in the Pennsylvania system–the unfair election code, the boards of elections, the Department of State–this will be our opportunity to describe how bad this system really is, and hopefully to make sure Pennsylvania voters never have to go through this horrific experience in future elections, just to make sure their votes counted,” commented the Stein campaign.

“I encourage people to attend: voters, volunteers, captains, observers, everyone. This is a public proceeding. Our side will be given only one hour to make our case. It will be an uphill battle. But it is important for the Court in a case like this to know that voters showed up and that they care about their democracy,” Stein said.

She also encouraged anyone involved in this effort to read the brief here.

“It summarizes the absurd election regime here, and the impossibility of seeking recounts and meaningful relief in the state system. You know this, because you lived it,” Stein said.

I have never seen such a self-serving effort in my born days. Stein CANNOT hope to gain a thing except money and recognition. MI is already stopped the recount. Wis shows less than a 90 vote discrepancy with well over 80% of the precincts counted. PA has 70 electoral votes….that won’t affect the election outcome anyway for Trump OR Stein. This is a total “scam”, you are right Mr.Trump.
