Lindsey Way Crowned Miss Hooters International

Lindsey Way is selected out of 100 Hooters Girl contestants from around the world during Hooters 15th Annual International Swimsuit Pageant. She will represent Hooters for the next year as Miss Hooters International 2011. 

Among the many prizes and opportunities that accompany the crown, this Hooters Girl from Fort Lauderdale, FL took home the first place prize of $50,000 cash and will be featured in Hooters Magazine, Hooters Calendar, national marketing campaigns and TV commercials.

The Hooters 15th Annual International Swimsuit Pageant was held at the Fillmore at the Jackie Gleason Theater in Miami Beach, FL.

Dan Cortese hosted the event with a celebrity panel of judges including: television personality Leeann Tweeden; Dallas Mavericks Star, Shawn Marion; UFC Octagon Girl, Arianny Celeste; Actor, Verne Troyer; Only Female Scout in the NBA and Model, Bonnie-Jill Laflin.

The top five winners included: 1st Runner Up, Janet Layug, Hooters of North Lakeland; 2nd Runner Up Sam Arena, Hooters of Cumberland in Atlanta, GA; 3rd Runner Up Alex Dumrauf from Hooters of Clearwater, FL; 4th Runner Up, Chelsie Hurst, Hooters of Saginaw, MI.

Rounding out the top ten finalists in no particular order are Crystal Cunningham, Hooters of Downtown Nashville, TN; Victoria Brown, Hooters of Baltimore, MD; Casey Luckey, Hooters of South Lakeland, FL; Juliete Cabrera, Hooters of Doral in Miami, FL and Afton Storton, Hooters of Anaheim, CA. 

Lina Nguyen, from Downtown Toronto, was selected as Miss Hooters World, representing Hooters 29 international markets. It was announced Monday, June 27.  

Hooters of America, LLC is the franchisor and operator of over 430 Hooters restaurants in 44 states and 29 foreign countries.
