Twelfth Season of Ask This Old House on PBS

Ask This Old House returns for its 12th season of expert contractors traveling the country to tackle all sorts of home improvement projects.

Kevin O’Connor, Richard Trethewey, Roger Cook and Tom Silva will “go anywhere and do anything” on the new season of Ask This Old House, featuring 26 brand-new episodes, premiering nationally on PBS Oct. 3.

This season, Ask This Old House will air a special severe weather episode in which Richard travels to Oklahoma to install a tornado safe room, Tom visits a lab where hurricane window protection is tested, and a standby generator is installed to ensure that a homeowner never loses power again.

Then, special guest Jim Cantore, Weather Channel Meteorologist, stops by the workshop to discuss how homeowners should prepare for all sorts of severe weather threats.
