Now the Affiliated Business Group (ABG), a division of DSW Inc. (NYSE: DSW) and Yellow Box Corporation, have announced a joint agreement distinguishing ABG as the exclusive retail operator for the Yellow Box brand.
“ABG’s partnership with Yellow Box provides a new platform to bring the Yellow Box brand experience to new and existing customers,” said DSW Inc. president and CEO Mike MacDonald.
ABG will conceptualize, design and operate the Yellow Box retail stores, which will offer core fashion sandals, flats, dress shoes, boots and exclusive products at different price points.
“ABG’s expertise in footwear specialty retail will provide a unique consumer experience that brings our Yellow Box brand alive through branded retail stores.” said Yellow Box Corporation founder and president, Terry Chen.
ABG plans to open Yellow Box stores in premier shopping destinations throughout the United States, with the initial phase commencing with three to five store openings in 2014.
