New Book Profiles Irish Pubs in America

A new coffee table book by Robert Meyers with Ron Wallace presents profiles of more than fifty outstanding Irish pubs in the United States.

Irish Pubs in America: History, Lore and Recipes is a 336 page full-color book that pays tribute to the many contributions Irish immigrants have made to the United States as expressed through the unique institution of the Irish pub.

The book was released by Deeds Publishing Company of Marietta, GA.

It delves into the factors that make each Irish pub truly remarkable. According to Deeds Publishing Company, endorsers have heaped pre-publication praise on the book.

For more than a year, Meyers and Wallace crisscrossed the United States seeking out establishments that illustrate the sense of hospitality and community that traditionally have characterized Irish pubs.
