Leading condom brand Durex revealed Wednesday that it will launch into the digital marketplace with its new technology division, Durexlabs, ahead of a major announcement that could revolutionize sex lives.

Durexlabs is the company’s first significant step into the digital field helping to embrace changing social behaviors and the paradigm of intimacy with mobile technology.

This mobile technology creation that Durexlabs will announce was developed through a partnership with tech entrepreneur Susie Lee, CEO of Siren Mobile. Lee’s expertise as a biochemist, biophysicist and visual artist has helped to bring a fresh perspective to Durexlabs’ on evolving relationships with mobile technology, says the company.

“With our deep understanding of arousal and the impulses involved, it was only natural for us to look at how we could combine intimacy with digital technology,” states Richard Arnold, Durex head of Research and Development.

Durex is currently looking for beta testers around the world to be the first to experience this new initiative in mobile technology. You can register in advance for updates from Durexlabs to receive a first look and free access opportunity for a limited period.
