BlueStar Introduces Home Cooking Products
Customizable cooking equipment company BlueStar introduced Wednesday its Platinum Series, the newest generation of professional gas ranges that promise to transform the art of home cooking.
New features include two searing PrimaNova 25,000 BTU burners for maximum, concentrated heat; an interchangeable cast-iron griddle/charbroiler that offers better cooking flexibility; and the PowR Oven technology to ensure faster, more efficient heating.
