Typhoon Haiyan caused massive devastation to the Philippines, with 9.6 million people affected across 41 provinces and more than 615,000 people displaced, making hunger relief critical.

Feed The Children, one of the largest global disaster and hunger relief organizations, is responding by sending massive amounts of food and supplies to the country.

But this has strained the organization’s ability to meet disaster and hunger relief needs in the United States, such as responding to those displaced by the storms that ravaged the Midwest this weekend.

Fast-food chain Fazoli’s is helping by donating 9-tons of food to Feed The Children and rewarding anyone who donates with a voucher for a free entree at any participating Fazoli’s restaurant across the country.

You can visit www.fazolis.com to make a donation to Feed The Children and receive a receipt for free Pasta Marinara. With the 9-ton food donation, Fazoli’s has now donated more than 21-tons of food to Feed The Children, says the company.
