The 20th Annual “MTV Movie Awards” hosted by comedian Jason Sudeikis, will be broadcast LIVE on Sunday, June 5, at 9 p.m. ET from the Gibson Amphitheatre in Universal City, California.
Academy Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon will be honored with the “MTV Generation Award” for her contributions to the film industry and for charming generations of the MTV audience throughout her career.
The “2011 MTV Movie Awards” will feature in-show exclusive sneak peeks from some of this year’s highly anticipated feature films, including “Super 8,” “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1,” and “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2.”
