The Monterey Museum of Art (MMA) will present for the first time, Art in Bloom, April 25–28, at the MMA La Mirada in California.

Art in Bloom is an event that showcases art and flowers as a beautiful unified expression. It will exhibit the work of top floral designers from California’s Central Coast who will create interpretations of artwork in flowers for display during a major exhibition of the Museum’s collection of new acquisitions from year 2000 to the present.

The designers’ creations will be inspired by a painting selected by them for its mood, composition, color, light, or other elements of the artwork that may have spurred their imagination.
