“Our father was a farmer and an entrepreneur as well as a musician, and we’re pleased to deliver the fine taste of Jamaican coffee and our family’s heritage to people everywhere through Marley’s One Drop.”

According to SymphonyIRI, the consumer packaged goods market research firm, consumption of RTD coffee jumped 6.2 percent in the last year, resulting in sales of $1.1 billion.

Starbucks, the major player in the category, currently accounts for approximately 80 percent of the market.
