President of Russia Vladimir Putin will today take part in the commemorative events and farewell ceremony for Russian Ambassador to Turkey Andrei Karlov, who was shot dead in Ankara in a terrorist act on December 19.
According to Kremlin, the news conference by Putin will take place at 12:00 pm (Moscow time) on December 23, 2016.
Media representatives accredited to cover the President’s news conference shall be notified of the event’s venue and entry procedure via email addresses provided in the accreditation requests, it was stated.
