The 2015 Nissan Murano is a new addition to Nissan’s expanding range of crossovers and SUVs.

“Nissan dealers have been clamoring for the new Murano ever since the design was previewed in the futuristic Nissan Resonance Concept,” said Derrick Hatami, vice president, Sales – U.S., Nissan North America, Inc. “Now that Murano has arrived in their showrooms, there’s another great reason to celebrate the holiday season.”

The 2015 Murano is offered in four trim levels – S, SV, SL and Platinum – and in a choice of front-wheel or all-wheel drive.

The starting Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the Murano S FWD is $29,560 USD, while the top-of-the-line Murano Platinum AWD is priced at $40,600 USD.

Every 2015 Murano comes with a standard 260-horsepower 3.5-liter DOHC V6 connected to an advanced Xtronic transmission. According to the company, fuel economy has increased 20 percent for combined mpg from the previous generation and is rated at 21/28/24 mpg city / highway / combined for both front-wheel drive and all-wheel drive models.

Available technology features include NissanConnect with Navigation and Mobile Apps, 8-inch color display with multi-touch control, Around View Monitor, 8-way power driver’s seat with power lumbar support, SiriusXM Satellite Radio, Nissan Intelligent Key with Push Button Ignition, iPod interface, 11-speaker Bose premium audio system (including dual subwoofers), and Bluetooth Hands-free Phone System with streaming audio.

The all-new 2015 Murano is assembled in Canton, Mississippi.
