Marc Jacobs Beauty Launches E-Commerce Site

Marc Jacobs Beauty announces the unveiling of its e-commerce website designed to offer an immersive experience into the world of Marc Jacobs Beauty.

Featuring over 150 products in the Marc Jacobs Beauty collection, the dot-com beauty destination also provides exclusive access to limited edition product offerings.

Integrating innovation into its product and website, the company says, the site was developed with responsive design, while showcasing a modern, center navigation, high-definition product shots with zoom capability, and true-to-life product swatches.

Clients can engage in the product ratings and reviews, see artistic editorial photography, and use beauty advice, including the informative how-to videos.

The new site captures a seamless experience on all platforms, with shopping capability on desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

Additionally, the brand experience continues beyond checkout, with each Marc Jacobs Beauty order delivered in custom-designed packaging enclosed with a statement card from the designer.

The website also highlights a unique feature on its product detail pages – hand-sketches and notes from Marc, the designer himself, revealing the behind-the-scenes insight into the creative process and involvement in the product designs. Marc also makes a personal appearance via video, sharing how he defines beauty.

To celebrate the launch, marcjacobsbeauty.com is offering five limited-edition neutral shades of intensely opaque and glossy Enamored Hi-Shine Nail Lacquers for sale, as the exclusive destination.

The chic, wardrobe staple nail colors debuted at the Marc Jacobs Fall ‘14 fashion runway, and are inspired by the iconic actress and new face of Marc Jacobs Beauty, Jessica Lange.
