Narendra Modi Meets Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi

Narendra Modi, the prime ministerial candidate of a political party BJP in India, participated in the 60th birthday celebrations of Sri Mata Amritanandamayi Devi. The celebrations began in Kollam on Thursday, Sept. 26.

At present, Narendra Modi is the Chief Minister of the Indian state Gujarat. Other leaders who attended the event include Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam (a former President of India) and Chief of Haryana Janhit Party, Kuldeep Bishnoi.

Amritavarusham 60, which began on Sept. 25, is being celebrated at Amritapuri Ashram and will witness the convergence of half a million devotees over the next two days; it’s estimated.

According to a statement, people from all over the world including experts from spiritual, political, educational and business backgrounds arrived at the ashram to seek the blessings of Amma.
