H&M celebrates the holidays with a TV spot starring global superstars Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga featuring H&M’s festive seasonal collection, singing “It Don’t Mean a Thing (If It Aint Got That Swing)” from their new album, Cheek To Cheek.

The album will be sold in select stores across the U.S. The campaign’s commercial premiered Tuesday exclusively on HM.com.

“We were inspired by the glitz, glamour, and opulence of the 1940s’ Big Band era,” says Johan Renck, director of the commercial. “The mood is one of festive celebration shot through with a strong sense of fashion and underlying humor. It is intriguing, curious, exuberant, audacious, and filled with wonder.”

The TV commercial depicts an enchanting adventure celebrating the holiday spirit of giving and togetherness with an H&M family of supermodels and superstars.

There’s a glistening mood as the viewer travels through a series of holiday moments finally ending with a large Big Band celebration.

The mood is effortlessly chic as Joan Smalls pops out of a gift box onto a dance floor in a sleek white ensemble. Dapper suited men careen ladies in flirty dresses, skirts and sequins as the band ramps up to unveil a stage.

A crooning Tony Bennett leads an emerald clad Lady Gaga into their top chart duet “It Don’t Mean a Thing (If It Ain’t Got That Swing)”.
