Now it is such a chaos in all departments under Kejriwal government that its ministers should have new titles such as Corruption Minister, Pollution Minister, Uneducated Minister, Unhealthy Minister, and Lawless Minister.

If wishes were horses, beggars would ride. This proverb fits well with the beleaguered chief minister of Delhi Arvind Kejriwal who has completely destroyed Delhi and still wants to dominate the local political scene.

When a Supreme Court order of Thursday divested Kejriwal of his presumed control over the local bureaucracy, he cried foul and openly denounced the court verdict.

He also claimed without any substantiation that the rival party Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is not allowing him to work while the court order has given virtual powers to BJP to run Delhi’s government by colluding with the Lt. Governor (LG) Anil Baijal of Delhi.

“Those whom people elected are subordinate to those whom people defeated,” Kejriwal tweeted. “Those whom people elected are powerless and those whom people defeated enjoy complete powers.”

In order to wrest control over the local governance, Kejriwal urged the people of Delhi to vote for his Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in the upcoming Lok Sabha election so he could win all the 7 seats which are now with BJP.

Kejriwal – who is a pathological liar – tried to lure the voters by saying that with all 7 Lok Sabha seats, he will demand the status of full statehood for Delhi to work properly.

Now instead of admitting his failures, Kejriwal is blaming others including the LG, BJP, bureaucrats, courts, and whatnot. Although he is not expected to win even a single seat in Delhi, if he won he will still not work and start demanding full majority in Lok Sabha. Basically, Kejriwal and his AAP colleagues are corrupt and incompetent.

Destruction of Delhi

In fact, Delhi has become a virtual hell under Kejriwal’s rule. Most people believe that in 4 years, Kejriwal and AAP have caused such a damage to Delhi that now it will take it almost 40 years to recover from the ruins.

Today, Delhi is among the most polluted and the dirtiest cities of the world and corruption is rampant in every street of Delhi while Kejriwal government never tried to control it.

Similarly, the education standards – particularly in Delhi schools – are going from bad to worse while Kejriwal has no interest in improving the quality of education. Rather, Kejriwal and his party colleagues are making false claims about Delhi school education.

Students of a government school in Delhi cross high walls and barbed wires to abscond from the school. School education is bad and teachers have no control on students.

Kejriwal and his liar friends hoodwink the people by equating quality of school education with the school buildings. Kejriwal and his colleagues claim that they have improved the education standards by constructing cement buildings and classrooms.

While the quality of education is pathetic in schools, Kejriwal deceives the people of Delhi by saying that it is improving the education system in the city by constructing thousands of classrooms. Are you a building contractor or education reformer?

While Kejriwal is going gaga over the hyped performance of his Mohalla Clinics, people in Delhi complain about the futility of such a flawed health care concept.

People told RMN News Service that mostly these so-called community health care centers are locked and when they open they fail to provide proper medical treatment. Even the so-called physicians at Mohalla Clinics are not fully qualified.

False Promises

Earlier, to win election, Kejriwal had made false promises of removing corruption. But now instead of dealing with bureaucratic corruption, Kejriwal and his political colleagues themselves are allegedly involved in a number of corruption cases.

While there are multiple complaints of corruption against AAP legislators, recently the party decided to defy the notice from Delhi’s anti-corruption body Lokayukta which has asked AAP MLAs to reveal the details of their assets.

While bureaucratic and political corruption is rampant in Delhi, new reports suggest that the office of Delhi’s Lokayukta has received 41 complaints of corruption against the AAP legislators. The complaints are against the AAP MLAs as well as ministers.

Like other politicians in India, AAP leaders also evade prosecution and imprisonment in cases of crime and corruption with the false pretexts that the complaints against them are politically motivated.

Now it is such a chaos in all departments under Kejriwal government that its ministers should have new titles such as Corruption Minister, Pollution Minister, Uneducated Minister, Unhealthy Minister, and Lawless Minister.

Campaigns to Defeat Kejriwal

As Kejriwal government has almost destroyed Delhi, major opposition parties including BJP and Congress are running aggressive political campaigns to defeat Kejriwal’s AAP.

The Delhi unit of BJP launched a drum campaign in Delhi to expose the irregularities in the AAP government. The slogan of the campaign is “Kejriwal Bhagao, Delhi Bachao” or “Defeat Kejriwal, Save Delhi.”

The objective is to defeat Kejriwal’s AAP in the Lok Sabha election scheduled to happen after a few months. BJP observed February 14 as the Black Day to mark the disastrous 4 years of Kejriwal government. BJP says that in 4 years, Kejriwal and his AAP have made 70 false promises and told 74 lies.

Similarly, Sheila Dikshit, president of the Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee, said that she will defeat AAP to win all the 7 Delhi Lok Sabha seats, which are currently held by BJP.

Congress also has released a booklet to highlight Kejriwal government’s failures. Released with the hashtag #AAPFailedDelhi, the booklet explains AAP’s failures in all the areas of governance including healthcare, transport, education, and environment.

While AAP expects to win all Lok Sabha seats, it will be a defeat for the people of Delhi if they elected even one AAP politician in the election.
