Hindu Leader Rahul Gandhi Prays to Lord Shiva to Save India from Modi Govt
Congress president Rahul Gandhi – who has emerged as the top Hindu leader with respect for all other religions – today prayed to Lord Shiva for saving the Indian democracy which is slowly being destroyed by the government headed by Prime Minister (PM) Narendra Modi.
Congress President along with senior leaders of the party today visited the Mahakaleshwar temple in Madhya Pradesh. “जन–जन की आस्था और विश्वास के केंद्र महाकाल की परंपरागत विधि से पूजा–अर्चना कर कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष Rahul Gandhi ने भगवान शिव से देश एवं प्रदेश में खुशहाली की कामना की।,” Congress said in a tweet.
In his speech, Rahul Gandhi said that Modi’s party BJP talks of religion, but its only religion is corruption. He counted a number of cases where the BJP government has committed corruption.
For example, he said, in the Vyapam scam of Madhya Pradesh 50 people have been killed to hide the acts of corruption. Similarly, he said, the Modi government has removed the CBI director who was going to investigate the Rafale corruption case in which Modi himself is an accused.
