Two masked gunmen attacked the Paris office of the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo. Reports suggest that at least 11 people were killed and another 10 were injured in the attack.
Charlie Hebdo (or Charlie Weekly), which is known for inviting controversies by publishing sensational content ridiculing different religions, was earlier attacked by Muslim extremists in 2011 when it carried a caricature of the Prophet Muhammad. Full Article

More than 100 people including 84 children were killed today by Taliban terrorists in an army school in Peshawar, a city in Pakistan.
According to CNN, the Pakistan Taliban – Tehreek e Taliban Pakistan (TTP) – claimed responsibility for the attack while over 80 of the injured children are in the 12 to 16 years age group. It is said that over 300 hostages are still in the school. Full Article | VIDEO
In a new video message released by the Al-Qa’ida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP), the terrorist group has blamed the U.S. President Barack Obama for the murder of an American hostage Luke Somers last week.

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) has taken cognizance of the complaints about an incident of arson in the Catholic Archdiocese of St. Sebastian’s Church in Dilshad Garden, East Delhi (India) on Dec. 1, 2014.
Allegedly, according to NHRC, the police turned up late at the site of incident and tried to hush up the matter.

The outgoing U.S. Defense Secretary, Chuck Hagel, confirmed today the murder of U.S. hostage Luke Somers by Al-Qa’ida in the Arabian Peninsula (AQAP) terrorists.

The city has a population of 80,000 and it is near Egyptian border.
